Support services provided by us are second to none. We have a hard won reputation for doing whatever is required to help our customers.
Support is mostly provided via email however the customer can also choose to contact us via fax and 24hrs 7days a week over the phone if preferred.
Support also covers installation and training of new customers, as well as any follow-up training or specialised IAS consulting as required.

Maintenance
|
IAS is a continually maintained application with on average 2 new releases every 12 months. Each release includes new features, as well as any fault fixes identified since the last release. Some of the most recent releases have added extra functionality to the Mobile Barcoding module and to produce pdf format orders and sign off forms.
The main driver of development tasks is the customers, with all new requests received prioritised and included in the schedule based on the appeal and relevance to the customer base as a whole. Other sources of development impetus are technological advances within the IT industry, competing products and our own internal research and development goals.
