In 1985 a joint venture between Lloyd Aviation of Adelaide, SA and Daniel Systems Inc of Miami, FL created Daniel Systems Australia Pty. Ltd.
After the Australian aviation industry was deregulated, the joint venture was dissolved and Daniel Systems Inc's holding was bought out.

Integrated Aviation Software Pty Ltd

In 1991, Integrated Aviation Software was incorporated in order to provide a new entity that Daniel Systems could effectively control and transform into. The reason for this being to avoid confusion with Daniel Systems Inc and Daniel Systems Europe. Thus indicating the beginning of a new organisation with no ties or association between the original parties in the Daniel Systems Joint venture.
Since incorporation, IAS has been owned by Daniel Systems Australia Pty Ltd
